All payments including the booking fee of $30.00, and final payments, are non-refundable. We accept cash payments or PayPal. 

To book an appointment email sebemakeup@gmail.com, text, or call 302 433-6597. PLEASE NOTE; our location will be sent once a booking is confirmed. for travel appointments, the exact location shall be provided during the booking. Enquire now for the BRIDAL package and all Day Events costs.

Appointment cancellation and Rescheduling should be done earlier or at least 72 hours before the booked date, through email, text, or phone call. There should be no booking fee refund. A new appointment will need to be scheduled without a booking fee if cancelation/rescheduling was done 72 hours in advance, if not a new booking fee is to be paid to reschedule an appointment.

Travel appointments are available from Monday to Saturday. If traveling to a location more than 25miles out of Seaford Delaware a flat rate of $20.00 + $1.00 per mile is to be paid 24hrs in advance. For more travel appointments details please email us at sebemakeup@gmail.com

When booking a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. An appointment is secured once the contract is signed and a half deposit is paid. The remaining balance is expected before makeup application on the booked date. NO EXCEPTIONS. All payments including travel expenses are to be made by the individual who signs the contract.

Any skin condition shall be reported by the client to the makeup artist during consultation/ booking or prior to makeup application.Client(s) agree to release Sebe Maphosa from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
